Shipping Damage/Defective/Wrong Item:

Damaged/defective merchandise during shipping transit or defective merchandise along with wrong received items must be reported within 7 days of merchandise receipt with images and videos.

Please note: Just reporting for damaged/defective/wrong items within 7 days without images/video will not qualify the transaction for a return/refund.

We strongly advise that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order and that you received the accurate item.

Disclaimer: Upon receiving any wrong/damaged brand/model shipment, it must be reported within 7 days as we will not be responsible for returning/replacing, or refunding it.

Merchandise reported after 7 days of receipt will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.  If a buyer will do damage to any instrument and the modification on it then No Return will be acceptable.

Defective/Damaged/wrong items must be shipped out after receiving an RMA. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee of the order’s total amount and the shipping charges will be subtracted from the original payment.

Non-defective/non-damaged/wrong items must be shipped after receiving RMA and shipping tracking must be provided by the buyer. Failure to do so will be resulted in charging the 15% restocking fee or only the exchange will be permitted.

Items may not be acceptable for returns if,

Any adjustments to the instruments. Like parts/strings/sanding, replacement, and blem/damage happened to the instrument. The items must be in original physical/working condition.

Non-deliverable address/Refused Delivery:

The buyer will be responsible for a non-deliverable address and will be charged/paid again for the shipping.

Any refused delivery of an item(s) by the buyer for the purpose of refunding/canceling an order will be processed after deducting the shipping/handling charges + 15% restocking fee from the total amount of an order.

Refunds:

If you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of the delivery date, please return your order to us for a refund or exchange. The buyer will receive a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping/handling charges and a 15% restocking fee.

A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges both ways. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted for any unauthorized returns or packages returned undelivered.

It is important to please contact us before you ship any product back to us. Returns must be shipped back with a tracking number and insurance(lost/damaged). The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging with all the documentation, components, and accessories (if included). “New and unused” means the saleable condition with the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned within 14 days(new items) and within 7 days (used/b-stock items) after receiving the item. If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order, please email us before we ship the product as once it leaves the warehouse, we have incurred our cost.

Once an order is shipped out and shipping tracking is provided, it cannot be canceled. If we will be able to recover the package on the same shipping day from a shipping carrier, then we will charge a 15% restocking fee and cancel the order. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges, and later on, we will apply a 15% restocking fee less the shipping cost of the total order amount.

In case of refused delivery/Items not deliverable, we will charge a 15% restocking fee and one-way shipping charges.

Product descriptions/images are generally obtained directly from the manufacturer. Descriptions/images are believed to be accurate but NOT guaranteed. Manufacturers may change specifications/images without updating their item descriptions. Due to random grain patterns/color disparities in wood/ composites and lighting, the guitar may vary slightly in appearance.

Note for Harmoniums purchased:  if the harmonium was recently purchased, and the customer alters the tuning then it is not returnable for refunds/exchange.

Parts: No returns are accepted for pickguards/parts/small accessories unless you receive the wrong parts/accessories mistakenly shipped by us. The unopened/unused parts may be exchanged/returned within 7 days of receiving them.

If the part is defective/damaged then it must be reported within 7 days with images/video. Otherwise, we will not accept any returns/refunds.

Pickguards are custom-made only for you so they will not be returnable.

We reserve the right to change the price of listing(s) without notice. This is due to the price changes by the distributors/manufacturers.

Please Note: We fully inspect every product prior to shipping from our multiple warehouses in the United States. For safety purposes during shipping, we don’t tune/set up our instruments before sending them to customers. If you have any questions then please feel free to contact us through Reverb.
